How fast can you deliver?

Apart from fully assembled speakers we usually ship our products the next business day. If not, we will notify you immediately. Fully assembled speakers are custom and hand made. After you have paid your order, it takes us up to four weeks to make them. Of course we will keep you updated on the progress at all times.

How much will shipping cost?

Please always contact us first for the shipment costs as these depend on the country of shipment and the size and weight of your product order. 

What about taxes?

At any time you have to pay any local taxes if applicable. Club-27 cannot be hold responsible for not paying these taxes.

Customers within the EU will be charged 21% VAT. Prices shown on the website are including the 21% VAT. For the Club-27 products EU citizens do not have to pay import taxes.

Can I pick up my order by myself?

Yes you can. The pick up address can be found on the contact page. Please let us know first when you're planning to pick up your order by sending a short mail, so that we can have the products ready for you.
